Right. It is GD issue.
I just checked. There is no checking if GD loaded and it interrupts script execution.

I ran into a similar problem (probably the same problem).

Make sure you have the gd extension to php installed. It does not mention it in the install guide that I can find, but it appears to be required.

Note, I forget the exact config item, but there is a config item in php.ini to enable errors to appear. This will likely give you some clue as to what is going wrong, as opposed to a useless blank page. This function is usually turned off on production machines for security reasons. I got a real error instead of a blank page, and that is what clued me in to the missing gd extension.

Hope this helps you out. If not, try to enable error display in php.ini.

Hi,

Looks looks like some missed library interrupts script execution.
Check this

Greetings. I am trying to install kbpublisher and am unable to get past step 4 in the install wizard.

After accepting the license agreement (there is a spelling error on license.html filename) and clicking 'next' to proceed to step 4 I get a blank page.

Similarly, if I attempt a manual install I get a blank page when trying to load the index page.

I have got to get this KB installed to demo to clients before the expiration date of april 15th.
