It does not mention it in the install guide that I can find, but it appears to be required.</p> <p>Note, I forget the exact config item, but there is a config item in php.ini to enable errors to appear. This will likely give you some clue as to what is going wrong, as opposed to a useless blank page. This function is usually turned off on production machines for security reasons. I got a real error instead of a blank page, and that is what clued me in to the missing gd extension.</p> <p>Hope this helps you out. I am trying to install kbpublisher and am unable to get past step 4 in the install wizard. </p> <p>After accepting the license agreement (there is a spelling error on license.html filename) and clicking 'next' to proceed to step 4 I get a blank page.</p> <p>Similarly, if I attempt a manual install I get a blank page when trying to load the index page. </p> <p>I have got to get this KB installed to demo to clients before the expiration date of april 15th. </p>
