I went back and re-read your original question.</p> <p>No. Categories will only link to things you have added via "Add New" or via the mirror categories functionality.</p> <p>If you want to point to another article that already exists in the knowledgebase, use mirror categories. I only see "add new" article in the admin section but no way to just create a link to a file directly within a category. Do I first have to create an article with a title and description?
