Right, the only reason I can see it is ioncube.
I will ask ioncube support.

Our web server is working great - we host a few different PHP sites on the same server and they work fine with no problems. It is Apache 1.3.36 with PHP 5.2.4 and most recent version of ioncube for Solaris. All of these are 32 bit.

In our error log, we found:

[notice] child pid xxxx exit signal Bus Error (10)

I'd say there's a problem with your application (perhaps ioncube more likely) - or perhaps there are some 'undocumented' pre-requisites? Whatever it is, a core dump of PHP / ioncube is not likely the fault of our web server.

This is definitely not a browser problem.

I guess we have a bit over a week left in our trial. Has anyone else had this running in a Solaris 10 environment?
Thanks,
PH.

Hi - yes, using IE 7 and Firefox from the same workstation brings up the statistics page nicely on the demo site you've provided.

Looks like some problems with your web server.
Apache?
Try this http://demo.kbpublisher.com/kb/admin/login.php
Does it work for you?

As an update - the "Feedback" and "Help" menu items also behave in a similar fashion.

Yes - that appears to be the case - index.php?module=home&page=home does not appear to return any data. This is with IE7. A webscarab session shows (after login) the loading of:
- go.php
- top_navigation.php
- style.css
- kbpublisher.gif
- ie_select.htc

then an error reported as "No data from server" when loading index.php with the module and pages "home".

With firefox 1.5.0.4 results are the same, only things stop after loading top_navigation.php.

Again, this is only for the "Home" link - what is supposed to come up there anyway?
Thanks,
PH.

OK. As far as I understand main frame is not loaded. That's strange.
What is your browser?
Did you try different browsers?

Actaully, this server is internal to our network and doesn't have Internet connectivity - I'm not sure if it would be possible to establish this - there are a few firewalls in the way and we'd have to arrange some secure access. Are there any other alternatives / things we could try?

Hi - with the latest release on Solaris 10, the initial page after login displays "cannot display...." - the usual message when a link is invalid. Th top bar and the menu bar display fine though, as does the rest of the site.

We would like to purchase this app but cannot do so while it has this error...
Thanks much,
PH.
