I just downloaded Google's new Browser (Chrome) and have adapted it as my main browser (it's very fast).
The issue is that much of the KBPublisher admin stuff doesn't work right using Chrome :(
For example, trying to change the Search Engine URL settings did NOT save the change.
It took me a bit to figure out the culprit was Chrome, since everything else seems to work perfectly.
As a paying customer - PLEASE FIX THIS!
