   I use the 2.1 version and I have a problem with coding
   I already use the utf8_unicode_ci coding for all the database tables
   but still have a problem which is the title of articles and the categories title and description appear like this اختبار
   I dunno why

   Try to update admin/lang/[your_lang]/config_lang.php file.
   Set $conf['lang']['meta_charset'] = 'UTF-8';
   and set correct locale
   setlocale(LC_ALL, '...');

   My language is Arabic
   and I assume it didnt translated yet .. :(
