Info Box in Articles

I had a question about the Info Box, the "yellow box with borders". Everytime I use it, it does not show up in the article view. Meaning I can see it when I edit it but when I log out and see it the way everyone else sees it, it does not show the yellow background only the text.

  2. Do you use custom template?

Make sure you follow template rules.

Make sure client/skin/common.css linked correct to you public view.

Thank you for the response. I have not made any template changes. I am using it "as is" as if it were installed for the first time. Are you saying there is something I have to configure in common.css even though I have just installed it?

  4. No, no need to configure if no custom template.
Check you have this css and check you public view linked to this css file
    http://www.kbpublisher.com/kb/client/skin/common.css
    in your installation
    http://[your domain]/[kb installation directory]/client/skin/common.css
see block /* CONTENT STYLES (could be applied in FCK editor) */

I was still not able to get it to appear, I guess it is not that important, but I had another question there is a file in the 3.0RC download located in kbp30rc.tar.gz\kbp3.0rc\client\skin\view_default\common_view.css that has 0 bytes. Is this file suppose to have something in it?

    That's correct.
