   I have several areticles with a keyword Qik in the description and keywords of articles, yet, when I search for "qik" nothing comes back. Why is that?

   It may be because 'qik' is only three characters. Refer to our knowledgebase article on search, http://www.kbpublisher.com/kb/Search_48.html.

   If you want to search on three characters you may have to change your MySQL settings to search for a minimum of three characters, rather than four.
