Trying to customise main client page

  1. Hi,

    I am trying to customise the front page (public view) of our knowledgebase.

    Looking at the page.html file to see what I need to change, I can't seem to find anything in the body - it looks like a command that links to somewhere else:

    <body>
    {content}
    </body>

    I can't seem to find where the link to the {content} is to change it. Does anyone have an idea?

    Thanks

    Helen

  3. Hi,

    Thanks for this. After all this time, I've managed to redesign the template.

    However, I'd like to replace the links at the top (Search, Advanced search, Ask a Question etc) with tabs. I've got the tabs in the template, though I can't find the {content}.

    I think they are hidden controls as I can't see them in dreamweaver or Kompozer, yet when I click on VIEW SOURCE I can see all the detail.

    Can anyone help, or direct me somewhere that I can look?

    Many thanks in advance

  4. not so easy to change it, you have to update some KBP template (can loose your changes in next upgrade)

    /client/skin/view_default/default/block_menu_top.html
