Any idea why all the usage reports are always blank? Maybe some missing PHP modules?

Running KBPublisher 3.5.1 on Ubuntu 8.04 LTS

  2. Hello,

You should set up "Scheduled Tasks"
Please see this article for details
    http://www.kbpublisher.com/kb/Setting-up-scheduled-tasks_238.html

    Thanks,
    Evgeny

I had already set up the scheduled tasks but the problem was the path to the the php command line program; '/usr/bin/php' instead '/usr/local/bin/php'.

Althought the scheduled tasks run correctly, the reports still did not run. I changed the zend_extension line on two places; /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini and /etc/php5/cle/php.ini.

Finally KBPublisher runs fine now, we have to hurry to get the test period time limit ...
