How can I force an email update to a specific mailing list either :
- immediately once an article gets approved
- weekly summary of articles added / updated.
I understand there is a way to subscribe to the RSS link, however, in my organization this tool is being used for >100 users and it is impossible for me to force ppl to subscribe. but everyone is still interested in getting updates (either instantaneous or weekly summary).
Is there a way to do that?
