KBPublisher licenses range in price from $98 to $998.

License types differ by:

• Limit on the number of Admin users.
• Limit on the number of knowledgebase articles, files.
• Whether source code is visible or hidden.

It is important to understand that you can have unlimited end users who can browse your knowledgebase and login to Public Area. The license restriction is on the number of staff logins that can be created to login and update your knowledge base. User licensing is explained in detail in this article.

Purchasing a license for KBPublisher allows you to install a single copy of the product on one single web server.

All licenses include the following:

• Licenses are perpetual. Use your software for ever without paying any further fees.
• All licenses include one year of free support and free upgrades, the annual charge is completely optional.
• You can upgrade to a higher level license at any time without penalty by paying the difference between licenses.

Additional licensing terms:

• Full source code provided with Corporate and Small-Biz license, which can be customized (KBPublisher branding cannot be removed)
• To remove the "powered by" link in the public area you need to purchase a license
• Your license is non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged
