To change your password:

• Log in to the knowledgebase
• Click on My account, which is in the top right-hand corner of the knowledgebase screen
• Click "Change Password"
• Type in your Your Current Password if required
• Type your new password into the New Password field
• Retype the password in the Verify Password field
• Click OK.
