You can set up KBPublisher so that users can rate articles.
- From the Settings menu choose the Knowledgebase tab
- Go to the Actions section
- Check allow rate articles
- If you want the user to add a comment when they give a negative rating, check Allow Comments
- Click Save.
Even when users can rate articles, the rating does not have to be displayed on screen.
To display ratings on screen:
- From the Settings menu choose the Knowledgebase tab
- Go to the Article Preview format section
- Check display rating
- Click Save.
