Allow users to rate articles

You can set up KBPublisher so that users can rate articles.

• From the Settings menu choose the Knowledgebase tab
• Go to the Actions section
• Check allow rate articles
• If you want the user to add a comment when they give a negative rating, check Allow Comments
• Click Save.

Even when users can rate articles, the rating does not have to be displayed on screen.

To display ratings on screen:

• From the Settings menu choose the Knowledgebase tab
• Go to the Article Preview format section
• Check display rating
• Click Save.
