To change the number of most viewed and recent articles displayed use the Look and Feel (Settings) section under the Settings menu, Knowledgebase tab.
- The number of recent articles displayed defaults to five. You can make this more or less, or you can remove recent articles altogether by setting this to 0.
- The number of viewed articles displayed defaults to five. You can make this more or less, or you can remove most viewed articles altogether by setting this to 0.
The information displayed with the article preview is controlled by the Article preview format on the same tab. Here you can set:
- How much text to display in the preview
- Whether or not ratings and comments are displayed
- Whether to display how many times the article has been viewed
- Whether to display the date the article was last updated.
Likewise, the Detailed article block controls information displayed when you have opened the article:
- Article/update and author information
- Whether or not the user can print the article
- Whether they can send it to a friend
- How often people view the article.
