KBPublisher has very minimal requirements and should work on any modern server.
Client Side:

- Web Browser: Internet Explorer 5.5+ and Gecko browser (Firefox / Mozilla / Netscape)
- JavaScript: Must be enabled
Server side
- Operating System: Linux, Unix, Windows, Mac
- Web Server: Apache Web Server / IIS5 or above
- Database: MySQL 4.1 or above
- Scripting Language: PHP 4.3.0 - 5.2...
- Decoding Software: Ioncube Loader
