How do I change my password?

To change your password:

• Log in to the knowledgebase
• Click on My account, which is in the top right-hand corner of the knowledgebase screen
• Type in your old password if required
• Type your new password into the password field
• Retype the password in the password (confirm) field
• Click OK.
